If a show you are attending has been cancelled for any reason, you will be given a full refund. This includes if your host has not reached the minimum amount of tickets.

If a show you are attending has had to be rescheduled to a date that you're no longer able to attend, you will have the option of a refund. You will need to let us know within 14 days of being notified of the date change if you require a refund.

If you have purchased a ticket for a show that you're no longer able to attend, we are unable to provide a refund. To avoid this, make sure you can commit to the date and time of a Parlour gig before purchasing your ticket
